Castleville Mage Academy: Herbology Quests Guide

Professor Plume is back in Castleville Mage Academy: Herbology Quests. This time we will expanding our skills and our land to reveal the exciting world of Herbology. Expand our Castleville Kingdom to reveal the Mage Academy Greenhouse and free them from snapweeds. We will be making and using new nature spells so to do this. So start saving and collecting the materials that we will be using.

 

Quest 1: Castleville Herbology 101

It’s time to expand your skills into the exciting world of Herbology-the study of magical plants and herbs!

Tasks:

Expand into the Gloom to reveal the Mage Academy Greenhouse

Reward:

40 xp, 2000 coins

 

Quest 2: Castleville Snapping it Up

I was planning on introducing Snapweeds later in the curriculum but now will have to do!

Tasks:

Have 1 Snap-snacks to calm the Snapweeds (ask your friends for Snap-Snacks)

Clear 1 Snapweeds

Clear 3 Grass

Reward:

40 xp, 2000 coins

 

Quest 3: Castleville Oh, Snap!

The simple Weed-B-Gone won’t be enough to make these mature Snapweeds come to heel!

Tasks:

Defoliate the Magic Academy Greenhouse to clear giant Snapweeds from it

  • You can see what item will need by clicking on the Greenhouse

Plant 5 Grapes

Craft 2 Swords

Reward:

1 Glow-Lily GlowLily, 40 xp, 2000 coins

 

Quest 4: Castleville Greenhouse Magic

I believe now is the perfect time for a pop quiz!

Tasks:

Have 4 Super Sprouts to show Prof

Cast the Sunripen Spell 1 time

Craft 4 Weed-B-Gone

Reward:

50 xp, 2500 coins

 

Quest 5: Castleville The Preposterous Pots

Magic Planters are a very valuable part of Herbology!

Tasks:

Free 2 Magic Planters

Plant two crops in a Magic Planter

  • Click an empty Magic Planter to see the crops available to plant

Cast the New Bloom Spell 1 time

Reward:

50 xp, 2500 coins

 

Quest 6: Castleville Weed Whacker

Now that you’ve learned about the potential of Magic Planters, it’s time we get back to Defoliating this Greenhouse!

Tasks:

Defoliate the Magic Academy Greenhouse

  • Click on the Greenhouse to see the items required to Defoliate it

Harvest 2 Crops from Magic Planters and see what you find

Tend 8 Flowers

Reward:

50 xp, 2500 coins

 

Quest 7: Castleville Make it Snappy!

One of the most important parts of Herbology is learning to be patient.

Tasks:

Cast the Harvest Wind Spell 1 time

  • You can find the Harvest Wind Spell under the Natures tab of the Spell Book

Craft 5 Weed-B-Gone

  • You can craft Weed-B-Gone in the Work Shop

Water 6 new Tree Saplings

  • Buy a sapling tree from the Market and water it to make it grow

Reward:

50 xp, 2500 coins

 

Quest 8: Castleville Ankle Snappers

All these Snapweeds are terribly distracting, nipping at fingers and toes without any regard for others!

Tasks:

Craft 6 Weed-B-Gone

Have 8 Hedge Shears

  • You can ask friends for Hedge Shears

Craft 1 Cleansing Rain Spells

  • You can find this under the Natures Tab of your Spell Book

Reward:

50 xp, 2500 coins

 

Quest 9: Castleville Nightshade Necessity

In order to show you the most advanced spell Herbology has to offer, we need Nightshade from the Greenhouse.

Tasks:

Defoliate the Magic Academy Greenhouse

  • You can see what items will needed by clicking the Greenhouse

Craft 8 Weed-B-Gone to clean things up in the kingdom once and for all

Collect 1 Nightshade Blossoms

  • You can get Nightshade Blossoms by collecting from the Mage Academy Greenhouse

Reward:

3 Nightshade Blossom Nightshade, 65 xp, 3250 coins

 

Quest 10: Castleville Herbology Final Exam

The Phantom Farmer Spell will allow you to harvest all of our ripened crops in one fell swoop!

Tasks:

Plant 8 Crops in either regular plots or Magic Planters

Use 5 Fertilizers on your Crops

Cast the Phantom Farmer Spell 1 time

Reward:

1 Smoochweed, 65 xp, 3250 coins
